The Worlds First 7Ply Maple + 1Ply Metal Deck! This is the very first, and its a 1 of 1 Exclusive!! Its been 8 years since Emanant last released a (5ply) Metal Bottom! Dont wait because theres no telling how long till the next one!!

Metal Bottom Boards have More Pop, Shape, and Strength! They also feel like your grinding on slides. They are extremely tedious to make, not a single dent can happen on the metal in the process of the cut out and saving of the ply. In the Emanant van its nearly impossible to save anything for that long! And thats not the worst part, when cutting these out, they have to be cut out on the opposite side of the sander to avoid the metal ply being knocked off or bent in the curting process... this means that all of the glue, dye, saw dust, and metal shavings are being blown right into my mouth and eyes. Breathing in this dust is fatal and getting it in the eyes can be blinding. Even with protective gear this task is extremely dangerous and the main reason that Metal Bottoms are some of the rarest decks produced by Emanant!
